3.6.6.2 When a prince of the preceding King succeeds the throne, the succeeding King's presumptive Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot shall first be deemed eligible and fit by the preceding King and the preceding Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot, their Queen Mother. The preceding King and Queen Mother shall bestow the title of Head Queen Consort (רֹאשׁ־הַמַּלְכוֹת הַקְּטַנּוֹת, Rosh HaMalkot HaK'tanot) on one of the Queen Consorts of their choice. During the duration of her role as Head Queen Consort, she shall serve as an apprentice to the Queen Mother in which she must demonstrate competency. If she fulfills all the prerequisites required of her, then the preceding King and Queen Mother shall call upon her to become the presumptive Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot. The title Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot is a distinguished role reserved to be bestowed upon the exceptional Head Queen Consort who has proved herself competent, has completed a grooming process for her role, is educated in the Torah, and shows a propensity for keeping the commandments and a healthy fear and reverence of יֶהֱוֶה YEH'HEH'WEH. The succeeding King's presumptive Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot shall have no authoritative powers over the Kingdom during her grooming and her title will remain Head Queen Consort until she fulfills all the prerequisites. If she fulfills such requirements she shall then be officially coronated as Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot, and at that time she shall assume her governance role in overseeing the various Executive Offices of the Monarchy.

3.6.6.3 Before any woman shall ascend to the title of Queen Consort, she must first assume the role of an Honorable Royal Handmaid, as per the protocols of the Royal Dynasty of Yisra’eyl. The Queen Consorts shall assist their then Head Queen Consort and or Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot in a secretarial capacity, overseeing the various Executive Offices of the Monarchy. They must also complete a grooming process and be educated in Torah, showing a propensity for keeping the commandments and a healthy fear and reverence of יֶהֱוֶה YEH'HEH'WEH to be eligible for their secretarial roles to their Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot in overseeing the various Executive Offices of the Monarchy.

3.6.6.4 The succeeding King's Honorable Royal Handmaids shall serve as apprentices to the Queen Consorts of the preceding King's reign till they are officially bestowed the title of Queen Consorts and relieve the current Queen Consorts of their duties. After which point the preceding Queen Consorts shall act as advisors to the succeeding Queen Consorts in their secretarial roles to the succeeding Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot.

3.6.6.5 The preceding King and Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot shall advise the succeeding King and Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot during their lifetime and retain supreme authority in all matters over the succeeding King and Giverah Gedolah HaMalkot, their reign, and the Kingdom.
